Name Help - Little Sister for Leon, Genevieve, and Ellis

Hello!

We're looking for names for our fourth baby, a girl. So far, nothing seems to fit perfectly! Her siblings are named Leon (5), Genevieve (3), and Ellis (2). We had Leon's name picked out for a while before he was born, and Ellis was a name we found and both loved, but we've always struggled with girls' names.

We prefer names that don't have nicknames, or that don't need any. We like Elise, but it's very close to Ellis. We also like Emma and Charlotte but worry about the popularity. We've come across Noella lately, and it's sweet, but we're not entirely sure if it's right for us.

Thank you!

Hi! Here are a few potential options for baby #4:

Camilla
Sweet and independent, Camilla - the feminine form of the less-popular Camillus - has a lovely, timeless feel, just like Genevieve. It's been climbing recently, but it's still as unique and charming as ever! Namesakes include Saint Camilla and Olympic gold medalist Camilla Herrem.

Ophelia
Lovely Ophelia has been associated with Shakespeare's tragedy Hamlet for four hundred years. However, the name is growing in popularity in both the UK and US and losing those negative connotations. (And, as I love both Shakespeare and Hamlet in particular, I think it's actually a bonus!) The name means "help" and, though growing in popularity, it's still pretty uncommon in both countries.

Rosalie
This name is a lovely twist on the classic Rose. It's a French, German, and Dutch name that remains unusual while still sounding sweet and familiar. Namesakes include three songs and Blessed Rosalie Rendu.

Flora
This beautiful choice evokes thoughts of springtime and happiness - appropriate, because it means "flower!" Ranking in the UK, France, and Hungary, Flora has yet to become popular in the United States, leaving it feeling fresh and new. Namesakes include four saints and author Flora Thompson.

Daisy
The most popular option on this list and another floral name, sweet Daisy works beautifully on a playful baby girl and on a professional adult. Its versatility and lovely springtime meaning lend it popularity in much of Britain, the Netherlands, and the United States. Namesakes include two Tolkien characters and actress Daisy Ridley.

Frida
Artist Frida Kahlo lends this name a creative and independent aspect. Meaning "peace," Frida is popular in Norway and Denmark, but has yet to rank highly in the UK or US. It's a great alternative to the more popular Freya, and feels both sophisticated and charmingly vintage.

Felicity
This beautiful and spunky choice means "happiness" and "good luck." Namesakes include two saints, one blessed, an American girl doll, and Olympic gold medalist Felicity Galvez. It won't be automatically shortened, which is great if you don't like nicknames, but it's hard to pass up sweet moniker Fliss!

Vivian
This lovely name, meaning "live," is uncommon around the world. It was once used for boys, much like popular names Ashley and Avery, and contains the extra-fun letter V! If you prefer, the spelling Vivienne gives it an extra twist. Namesakes include Saint Vivian and Nobel Prize winner Archibald Hill, aka Vivian.
